Initial onboardingInitial onboarding
- Active resident health insurance license
- Minimum 5 non-resident licenses — TX, GA, OH, MI, FL to start
- 2026 AHIP Certification

Ongoing requirements
- 2027 AHIP Certification (releases end of June 2026)
- Personal E&O coverage: $1M specific / $3M aggregate
- Proof of E&O required before carrier onboarding

Remote work setup
- Your own computer or laptop
- Dedicated, distraction-free home office
- Must reside in the continental United States

Technical skills
- Office 365 / MS Teams (transitioning to Google Workspace + Slack)
- Comfortable with video conferencing and screen sharing
