Initial onboardingInitial onboarding

  • Active resident health insurance license
  • Minimum 5 non-resident licenses — TX, GA, OH, MI, FL to start
  • 2026 AHIP Certification

Ongoing requirements

  • 2027 AHIP Certification (releases end of June 2026)
  • Personal E&O coverage: $1M specific / $3M aggregate
  • Proof of E&O required before carrier onboarding

Remote work setup

  • Your own computer or laptop
  • Dedicated, distraction-free home office 
  • Must reside in the continental United States

Technical skills

  • Office 365 / MS Teams (transitioning to Google Workspace + Slack)
  • Comfortable with video conferencing and screen sharing
  • Telephonic enrollment experience preferred, not required
